Stock is always pretty good. However, the advice given to customers is poor and I'd advise against listening to it for the most part. ((I AM licensed in cosmetology & also a piercer.)) Sally beauty employees do not have to be licensed to work there and can "claim" they have one when they do not. I just had an interaction today with a girl wearing a grey/black hoodie with black hair & septum piercing who was giving poor advise to a person (a group) with very textured hair trying to achieve a caramel or "almost full tone of blonde." Please dont use Quick blue powder! It is extremely harsh for the hair follicle and will ruin any sort of curl pattern / texture that you have especially if you've already lightened it once. Creme lightener is your friend. If you can manage to get wella blondor,

It is so convenient that Sallys offers same-day free delivery! I have a newborn at home, and I'm trying to start coloring my own hair again to cut my salon costs down...all of the products I needed were fully stocked & it was delivered to my home quickly and correct, my ugly roots thank your staff. This establishments security or customer service efforts are too aggressive. I couldn’t tell if I was being stocked or they genuinely wanted to assist. Bad enough they don’t carry products for all demographics. Very uncomfortable experience.

The younger girl who was working this afternoon was AWESOME! I can't imagine working at Sally's and trying to keep a straight face seeing someone come in trying to find products to fix the quarter life crisis on their head. But this angel helped me choose products to help get rid of my yellow and to keep my hair healthy. As soon as I walked in, she came out from behind the counter, greeted me and asked how she could help. Not only did she go above and beyond to help me, but she was also hilarious. I normally hate going in to Sally's because I have literally zero idea what I need or what I want. This girl really made my experience enjoyable and my hair looks so much better! Soooo this girl needs a raise. She was phenomenal.
