Went there a while ago an the old manager was so helpful, went back to get more of the same product an the new manager was so unhelpful an rude an would not recommend.... Won't be back

everyone at this store is so helpful and their work ethic is great! the young girl with the curly hair and cute nails is so helpful, the guy with the colored hair is so knowledgeable about hair color. both black girls are great at hair care for black hair. and the new girl hannah picked up so quick! the vibe in this store is so friendly i will be coming back!

Currently sitting in the parking lot l got here 30mins before closing and l’m not allow to come in because they are doing shipments they are doing SHIPMENT ORDERS!!!! That was the cop out, on top of that the computer operates the entire so store was the rebuttal to the fact that there are two computers that could be done on one. I think because l was black they made this decision which is rude and inconsiderate to someone planning to spend money especially with the fact that the manager wants to close 30mins early due the store not making any money-contradiction at it’s finest and poor judgement. If that’s the case WHAT ARE YOU ORDERING???!! Furthermore store hours are NOT posted if there is a shift in hours due to COVID-19. Overall unprofessional.

If I can give it ZERO stars I would!!!!!!! Talk about horrible customer service and lazyness!!!! Called the store about 3/4 times! First time it rang they picked up and immediately hung up on me the other 3 times they didn’t even bother answering, you guys need to hire people who actually want to work for your company otherwise you’ll just keep loosing costumers & money!!!! Won’t be surprised if this store closes up soon!

I went to Sally Beauty yesterday at 4551 Century Blvd, Pittsburg, CA 94565 and was accused of stealing. The sales associate asked me if I put something in my purse. Really lady?! I will never step foot in another Sally Beauty again in life. Yes this one incident has soured me and I will carry it forever.
