The store itself is fine. The man with the the dumb orange Mohawk mansplains things even when u tell him u know what u need and that you went to cosmetology school. He started to explain lightener to me and when I told him I know, I went to school for this, and I know exactly what I need, he said "that's ok" and continued talking. Sir, take my advice: when someone says they don't need your help, leave them alone. My teenage son was there and said "mom that guy just mansplained hair bleach to you" 😂😂😂

Every time I go to this location the sales associates are always so helpful, pleasant and friendly and I can appreciate that. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️

Joey is super helpful! Not only is she helpful, she’s very pleasant and efficient. She always has my order ready when I pick up in store! She deserves all the accolades!

Please anyone who goes here don't take advice from the man who works there, my hair is now damaged and had broke off because of his advice!! He isn't a licensed hair stylist, and when confronted he had no cares and was completely ignorant!! I has contacted corporate in regards to this issue!! From what, I hear... I'm not the only customer whom experience this with this store associate!! Extremely unprofessional!!
