This woman named Alma was very condescending when I wanted a refund on my dye. The return policy states "Love it or return it guarantee" however she very rudely stated that if I didn't like it I had to deal with it. I had to go to another store to get a proper reason for why I couldn't be refunded.
Today an employee named Alexandra attended me. I was so pleased with her customer service and how smoothly she upsold and got me all the things I needed to do my hair. I want the manager there to know just what a great Employee they have. 5 stars From me.
Products are good but they open very late, 10:00 am! Most of the times we need to buy products BEFORE we open our salons. Many time I have to go all the way to Mcallen to South Texas Beauty Supply cause they are open since 9:00 am.
The girl upfront was super helpful & nice. I did buy a white eyeliner from the clearance section though & it was dried out.
