I just visited this store for the first time. I wanted to buy a simple spray bottle. When I tried to pay, the staff started telling me that my phone was “bad” and that it didn’t work. I use this phone every day and regularly pay with Apple Pay in different stores without any problems. I don’t use credit cards at all, and I know perfectly well how to use Apple Pay. Instead of helping or offering another solution, they kept saying that my phone was “not the same” as the one the employee was using, basically blaming me for the issue. What was most upsetting is that when I was leaving the store, one of the employees started mocking me. I turned around and saw her mimicking me. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I am furious. I purchased a pair of earrings and today I went back to the store to return them because it didn’t go with a set I have at home. The cashier told me earrings are final sale. Why didn’t she tell me that yesterday?! She said, “why didn’t I ask”. What kind of answer is that? What’s more, she was dressed in pajamas. What kind of workers do you have in this place? I kindly ask that you refund my $11?

I recently visited a Sally Beauty store to purchase an item and encountered an alarming situation. The young lady who claimed to be the manager was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She even threatened to call the police on me without any valid reason. In the end, it turned out she was completely wrong. When I requested the corporate contact number to report the incident, she deceitfully provided the store’s number instead. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in 2024, and no customer should be treated this way. Stay safe, friends, and always read the reviews. I will continue doing my part by providing honest feedback.

Normally go to another location, but went here...the two employees that helped me today were so professional, helpful, and great representation of the company. Thank you!

Probably the worst experience I had at a Sally’s ever and I’ve been dying my hair for like 6 years now. I came to the store with two L’Oréal hi colors and 20 volume to return with my original receipt.
