The store is fine but the girl with the dark hair was very unprofessional. She was not rude to me but she did not greet me when I entered and she was cursing talking to the other girl in there who rang me out. You should not be cursing when there are customers in the store, it came across as unprofessional.

I went into this store to buy a flat iron & some other hair supplies. The two ladies working were very friendly & helpful. However, the store has no air conditioning & it is 93 degrees outside. It was extremely hot & I hate that these ladies are having to work under these conditions just to make a living for their families. I’ve never seen anything like this. I will not be going back to Sally’s because I was so hot that I felt nauseous while trying to find my items & also don’t want to give any business to an establishment who treats their employees this way. I will gladly drive to Fayetteville or go online & shop with Ulta.

The manager is so sweet. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I was then assisted with finding what I needed. Stood there and talked to the manager for 10 minutes after I checked out. I loved the service and will return.

My wife went there looking for a specific product, which they were out of. When she goes to leave the store the manager Natasha Accused my wife of stealing and was made to empty her pockets! Of course when they realized that my wife did not take anything an apology wasn’t even issued. I would give them zero stars if I could and have since filed a complaint with their corporate office

It is EXTREMELY hot in this store. The 2 ladies in there were SO helpful even under the worst working conditions. I was in and out in 5 minutes and left in a lather of sweat and nauseous. Please fix this.
