This location is part of the reason why Sally Beauty has a poor reputation. This was my first time at this location and that's only because it was close to the hair salon I was going to. I placed an order online and picked up in store. I ordered 2 bottles of Artic Fox Ritual, went to my hair salon, and gave them the dye to apply. Once the second bottle was needed, the hairdresser noticed the dye color looked different, so she asked if I got two different colors - to my horror and shock, I was given two different colors - Wrath and Ritual. The hairdresser already applied Wrath which i did not want and was a super bright red compared to Ritual, due to the bottles looking similar it went unnoticed. I always get great advice and help from this location. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and they always know exactly how to help whatever problem I may be having with my hair. Recently, I had an issue where the hair dye color j was looking for got discontinued, but one of the lovely staff worked with me to find other colors in the same range that would work and they were absolutely perfect! I absolutely love this location, I really don't know what the negative reviews are talking about. I have had nothing but good experiences at this sally beauty, and it's very fortunate that it's the closest beauty supply to me.

I purchased a tub of hair gel. When I got home and opened it, there was no seal or protective cover over the product. It appeared that the tub was not totally full, but I just assumed it was just the company downsizing the quantity of their product. Then I noticed crusty residue around the bottom rim of the tub. This product HAD been used and returned, then re-shelved. I will never shop there again. Buyer beware. Check your products!!!

I have been here quite a few times and have never had a problem until yesterday. I was browsing the products when the woman at the register (tall, older woman with long hair) asked me what products I had in my hands. I didn't answer her partly because I didn't know for sure if she was talking to me, but also because it was said very rudely. She asked again, so I responded and told her what I had. She told me that the products I had wouldn't work for my hair. I told her I already purchased everything else I needed and had it at home, I just needed to get more of these items. I tried to continue looking at the products on the shelf and she kept interrupting me giving me unsolicited "advice" (very rudely) and wouldn't leave me alone. I had 2 completely different experiences. 1st lady was nice, helpful and offer to honor an online discount, went back few days later and different staff actually lied to my face, were rude and did not help at all. So online offered a ion professional dryer with $59 purchased and she said "that is only for professionals, that is what the ion pro means" obviously I knew she lied, really disrespectful to lie to your customers. I said I will buy it online and will probably do moving forward. Sad part, I like to promote local business but with this kind of staff no wayyyy. Here proof...
