I am laid up from a surgery (4 months and counting) and order items twice from this store. Both orders were canceled and when I called the staff to ask why the employees say they don’t know why?!? But that I could call an 800 number and they could tell me. Won’t shop here again.

I stopped in yesterday (6/27) and picked up some products. I was super indecisive and didn’t know what would work best for me. Two wonderful girls helped me out! I didn’t get their names sadly, but the one had purple & blue hair. The other had pink hair and very stylish facial piercings. I just wanted to give a shout out to the girls. They were super kind, funny, and very informative! I will definitely be coming back to this location. Keep up the great customer service!

the staff here is so friendly and helpful! both times i’ve came i’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by Dexter and they have recommended so many amazing products that have worked for me!! that is so amazing to me based off of just the little bit of information i provided about my hair type and hair history. they are so kind and funny and personable 😄 misses sally give them their raise!!

Love this store, it's always clean and very well stocked. I think there's only been one time I've seen it lowly stocked but it had to be shipment day. Anyways, came by a few weeks ago, explained I'm a doof who does their own hair. I wasn't really sure about toners and I was suggested something after discussing my vision with the helping employee. She had me point out a level I think I'd be able to get to. Finally got to using it today, with a lot of hesitation and a pretty low level bleach job- worked great!!! My hair is a nice color without the "did this in my bathroom" look. Maybe minus the chunk I missed but that's a me problem 😂

Just stopped in today for a hair mask for dry, frizzy hair. Was assisted by the nicest, very knowledgeable employee, Ari. She was so friendly compared to some that have been working during previous visits (6+ months ago). She didn't make me feel like an idiot for asking questions and sharing my hair journey. She shared what's popular and has great reviews on social media. Thank you Ari!!! ❤️
