this Sally’s has the most impetuous dismissive staff that I have dealt with in a long time every time I come, they don’t know anything about the products. I’m a nail student. I should be getting informative treatment when I come. I’m really tired of it.

Great Service as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help employee Jessica was very knowledgeable and Super Helpful she had a GREAT attitude I love that and Great customer service .

The cashierVanessa was so rude. She refused to give me the price on a item because she said that customers come in and change the tags on items. I asked her why was she addressing this with me because I didn’t do it! Totally unprofessional and done with other customers in the store !! The difference was only 20 cent. So disappointed and will go back to ordering online.

Don't go if you don't want to get judged!! Once I went with my mother to buy a couple of products​, I already felt a negative vibe from walking in the store. I proceeded to look around, I was on the aisle where hair extensions could be found, i over heard an exchange of Converse between the staff members, a male and a woman talking about how they find my body modification disgusting, what kind of staff is Sally's hiring? I'm guessing to judge other's, i wonder what else they are saying about their customers while they are standing close by, never going to this Sally's again, thanks for that experience. :)

Not greeted when I walked in due to the employees speaking about their personal issues.. Was in the store for about 15 min and they walked passed by me multiple times and never asked if I needed help, which I did but they weren't going to help me. as I walked out, they all gave Me a dirty look and stared me down.
