Horrible customer service. I came in asking for a clipper and I even double checked with the lady helping me out and she assured me that the one I was buying was a clipper, I get home open the box and it's a trimmer, I go back to return the same lady is there acts like she doesn't remember me and the other lady doesn't want to allow me to return even tho I had the receipt and came the day before. I know they can make an exception especially when the lady at fault was there.

8/22/25 you guys I recv’d really great customer service here and I found a couple of hair products I use !I went to ulta and Sally’s takes better of u, come here 1st ! Help out the smaller biz…. They’re open before 10a! Found what I needed but barely. Supplies seem limited for what I went in for. Foot care, face maintenance products. The sales rep was helpful but .... grim? Felt bad for her. Hope business turns around for all the small stores.

I had a horrible online experience with Sally's but I love there ion developer. For me it has been the best one i tried so far. So in was really happy they were doing curb side pick up. I did have to call a few times before they answer but its probably busy taking other peoples order. when they answered the lady was so nice. she even went to the back to double check a blue ion toner for me and I could tell she was really trying her best to help me. She made this situation very fast and easy. also picking up was very fast and efficient. Once she handed me the items you she had a big smile you could tell she was a genuine n kind person.

Decided to shop at this brick and mortar after a fiasco with their online store. Profiled and followed, then looked at as a swindler when attempting to use the coupon that an online rep emailed me as a courtesy after their website flub. I will never spend another dime at any Sally’s store ever again.

I went to this location because it stayed open till 9pm. Well i had just at 5 min to 9pm I w aqa s really in need of clippers for my Job. I saw a customer paying the door was locked. I asked through the window if i could purchase clippers witj cash. Te lady refused I had told her I'd driven there from somewhat of a distance and I rushed to get there and that I was in need off a pair of clippers. She denied. It wasent very nice. This girls description was "heavy set medium to long hair. Her style was a dress with her cleavage busting out of her strapless dress. (Not to professional) anyway i will not share this location with any clients friends or family. Its amazing how people want a job in the beginning they got that fire of ambition then later they can care less about customer service.
