Clean store and nice employees. Came in for some hair dye, was in and and out within 10 minutes. They had the L’Oréal HiColor dye in stock, which I had been struggling to find. Lot of clearance items right now which was cool 😼

I was told that I was not allowed to return things during the holiday season it’s really funny because Christmas has not even passed yet. They told me to go back to the original location I bought the items from and request a return… yet continuously told me that all Sally locations would not be accepting returns. So how does that work? Contradict each other doesnt it? Good thing I called corporate because they told me that that was wrong and they were going to follow up with this location. Needless to say I do not trust the policies of this store and that they are truth speaking so I’ll be ordering my stuff online.

Didn’t wanna give my money back with receipt brand new returned they whispered Infront of me like what we do an said it’s “final “don’t waist your time here
