Sally Beauty

I visited Sally Beauty for the first time on February 16, 2026. The store and its products were good, but... your staff were not very helpful. When I paid for my items, they asked me if I had a Sally Beauty card, and I replied that I did not. So, does the store have a loyalty program? Why didn't they offer me a card or inform me about the benefits? Is it not profitable for them? Additionally, while I was in the store, I noticed a woman standing for a long time at a hair dye stand, struggling to make a decision. In the end, she asked me for advice, and I helped her. I, not your salespeople. Although I don't work there. To be honest, I have no desire to visit this store again. Perhaps there are more friendly, kind employees in a different location.

Come here atleast like once a month and my usual girl always there and very nice luv yappin it up with her now there’s some new girl i don’t have problems w them js miss my usual girl 💔

You got to know what you are looking for, what works best for you ,and BE ALERT WHILE THEY CHECK YOUR PURCHASE OUT!!! I'm posting some pictures of what I purchased BTW I was already over 50$, the lady didn't charge me for 1 of the sensitive oil thing that I get ($1.59) instead charged me for some light brown TNT bs that was $11.99 . I looked up what that product was and I've never used or purchased something like that I always bleach and dye my hair turquoise. just MAKE SURE THEY CHARGE YOU CORRECTLY!!! because I got robbed.
