Sally Beauty

Went into sallys to get some stuff to get ready for my Vegas trip, and the sweetest girl was there to help me. Her name Braxton and she helped me from start to finish, helped me figure out what to get and showed me new products. She was wonderful! Someone give that girl a raise!

Who ever the older short hair woman was kept trying to watch me and my buddy like we where criminals like ma’am no I’m good Second time we went in (buddy had more hair then she thought ) she rudly told y friend at check out “you have ten point “ when my when said it’s not mine it’s theirs pointing to me she kept trying to get her to use it then she rudely told me it will Expire on July 1…. And didn’t take no for an answer!!! Like lady yes I understand stand my hair has been every feeling color she was rude and unprofessional she should be canned tbh just from that last interaction alone! I felt violated I’m not coming here again and idk if I wanna people my money ever at Sally’s again if they have people like her there!

Lied about the promotion to get me to buy more products then when I went back to get a refund after seeing the error on the receipt the cashier said she couldn't correct it and shorted me on the refund. My time was continually wasted on wrong information, and they argued with me about even receiving a refund when the proof was right on the receipt.

I walked in here looking for new clippers and something for dry skin on my face. I was greeted and assisted by Amber. I told Amber what I needed and she walked with me all over the store. Amber was extremely knowledgeable about everything I asked about and was exceptionally friendly and patient with all my questions. I felt like I was in great hands during my entire time at the store and left feeling that I made a very educated decision on what I bought with the aid of her guidance. Amber set the standard for what customer service is supposed to be like and other employees should strive to be even half as awesome as she was.

Every time I enter this location the old lady with short hair ALWAYS makes me feel like I’m a thief. Like I understand customer service, but FORCING a basket on to me when I’m just grabbing few things, and being near me to keep an eye on me even though I’ve told her that I’ve been helped and am just looking is quite excessive.
