Hi! It's Dec 22nd. On the store window it clearly states that the store is open until 7 pm (with holiday hours) on the 22nd. So I'm not sure why it is already closed at 6:30 pm? If you want to close early, please tell your customers, who can then plan accordingly.

The manager lisa recommended wrong developer for my hair dye. I had asked her to read what the box said and she claimed it said 30vol but when I got my glasses and read it, it said to do whatever is appropriate for your hair. I was trying to dye my hair purple this is the color it developed to. If she had just told me that It didn't say it then i could've looked it up on my phone instead of ruining my hair. Also because it was 30vol instead of the 10vol I found out was the right one for my hair, well I left it in for the time the directions said and it fried the ends of my hair. I called her too to explain this and she was so rude and nasty. Then instead of giving me the district managers number or letting me leave it for her to give it she gave me the customer care line. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because they often run out of my hair color and sometimes the employees don't know what I'm looking for. Like she didn't know the difference between Bobby pins and hair bun pins.

Best place to go for my hair needs. The products are very good. The employees are always checking on you to make sure you are doing well. Checkout is fast and simple.

Horrible service. The manager is a complete witch. And today I tried to call for their holiday hours, it rang about 15 times, then it hung up on me. Nice, real nice.
