I went in to get some hair products for a "fun" girls day. The young lady that greeted us was SUPER nice, sweet, and set me up to get a great deal ($14.99) bundle for all the stuff I needed. Wonderful start! We kept shopping when this older lady with a mask and black hair came out. She asked if we needed help and showed us some products that she believed would work for my sisters hair. She rushed through picking out colors, which we ended up putting back because they were nowhere near what we asked for. The products recommended were not chosen with the customers budget in mind, either. We continue shopping then we get to the checkout & I figure I'll be only paying $14.99+ tax... (it rang up as $29) She's acting friendly and chatting, (while subtly putting down my home state) up until I ask

The older lady with short black hair and mask was rude and openly complaining about having a line of customers. “I send my two helpers out and of course everybody and their mother wants to come in.” Highly unprofessional and made me feel unappreciated. Teenagers know not to do that lol I will not be returning there

Woman running the store was off putting and borderline confrontational about my description of a hair color I wanted. She kept repeating how I was wrong despite me agreeing with her "correct color" immediately. Made me feel stupid and like she thought I was being rude or something. She was overall not very pleasant, and I think I'd rather drive to a different location than interact with her again.

I went in to my local store for some hair color and a cute little thing named Maddy helped me. She remembered the color I got last time and helped me choose a slightly different shade this time, based on what I wanted different. She knew what developer I needed, what ratio to mix the two and she was just so much fun to chat with. I appreciate excellent customer service and I will be a return customer. Thanks so much.

Older Lady with short black hair that was wearing a mask was super rude I think she needs a refresher on customer service!!
