I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything as soon as I walked in the door. The associate answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge, and anything she didn’t know, she replied with, “We’re going to learn together!” lol she was so kind and always let me know that she would be back to help me when another customer came in. If you need beauty supplies, this is definitely the location you want to shop. Ms. Erin Shipp was the amazing associate who helped me!

We went to this location last night desperate for a toner to fix my hair. We went based off instructions from my hair stylist back home so we were a bit clueless. The girl that helped us was AMAZING. I hate that I didn’t catch her name. She was so patient while we FaceTimed my hairstylist and went back and forth between colors. She answered all of our questions and helped us find everything we needed. Thank you!!

This branch is always friendly and helpful! Huge thanks to Heather and Juniper for putting so much thought and effort into helping me with my complicated hair color issues! They are definitely professional and have excellent advice! I’m extremely pleased with the outcome. The product selection is good and very organized as well.

Black girl with the faux locs and red glasses has terrible customer service. closed the entire store at 12 noon. i called to inquire about a product to make sure they had it in the store. i came all the way from memphis to pick up the product to get told she was closing the store and she won't be back until an hour later

LINDA, you need better training. You don't know how to speak to customers. Extremely unhelpful & unprofessional. You absolutely do not meet Sally Beauty's customer service standards. I hope your manager opens up the training book & refreshes your brain.
