My wife stopped in here and told me that the store attendant told her about a conditioner that will and color to dyed hair to renew color instead of having to use coloring each time. Friendly staff.

Went there on Saturday with My wife. The employees were very nice and helpful and professional Not that I would have to regularly visit, but My wife had to go back again the next day with lots of questions regarding her hair. And she was amazed with Bethany and Jen excellent customer service and wealth of answers. She mentioned that they were very patient, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. As a business owner myself I highly value sales people who make you feel instantly comfortable, and they did just that for My wife and she was so impressed with their expertise, kind demeanor, product knowledge and willingness to explain everything! Plus, she loved Sallys wide range of well-stocked products.

Lorry helped me with all of the kindness in her heart. I came in a little frantic and not knowing exactly what I needed and she had me in and out in less than 15 minutes and also shared some wholehearted wisdom I needed to hear for the day. Thank you for giving a 110% customer service. It really touched my heart and uplifted my day. ❤️

Lori, the store manager is the sweetest person ever. I started getting emotional at the store because I was so anxious because It’s my first time not doing anything stupid on my hair 😅 and she just gave the best advice ever and she really helped me out figuring out my hair. God bless that woman!!!😁 and God bless the rest of the employees because they were so sweet and overall humble and wise people.

Laurie is a life saver! I'm so thankful that the staff is always so friendly and helpful. Today, Laurie went above and beyond to assist me. I think she needs a promotion and a raise. I am a loyal customer because of her excellent customer service.
