Absolutely outrageous! I arrived at the store 30 minutes before closing, rushing after work with two small children in my arms, only to find the door locked and a note saying “on break.” Seriously? Half an hour before closing? The employee was clearly inside — I knocked and asked how long the wait would be. She looked at me and then just turned away without saying a word. Completely disrespectful! How can you treat customers like this, especially when it’s obvious I’m standing there with kids? If you’re not actually open during your posted hours, then update your schedule. Better yet, organize breaks in a way that doesn’t involve locking customers out during business hours. These are some of the items I bought from Sally’s along with my Strawberry Leopard dye. When she wrote down the instructions for me it was really easy to follow and my blue hair color come out very beautiful. I feel like a beautiful mystical mermaid 🧜‍♀️ with my hair color. Thank you Sally beauty shop I am very pleased with my results. 😁

I visited this location on two different days at 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. It was closed both times, and there were no posted holiday hours indicating otherwise.

Convenient store with plenty of parking. They had exactly the shampoo I had come for, but stock was low, and I got the last bottle – perhaps because of a 50% off promotion. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Lairs!!!! I went there several times to do my hair, and they always said if I didn’t like the results, I should return the product with a bit on it. Last time I went, I was looking for a brighter brown because I was blond, and they told me I should use the brown 7N color and use another color with a blond shade so it wouldn’t be dark. My hair turned out terribly dark and ruined all my highlights. I went there and requested my refund, and she said I didn’t leave enough product in the bottle. It was about 25%. They had told me to leave a little, at least, because obviously you need the product to have a good result! Well, she literally had the audacity to say my hair was the color I wished for. I didn’t pick them myself; I was advised by them that those colors would work out the way I wanted
