Very bad experience with this shampoo and conditioner I’ve never had such a bad experience with a shampoo before. The Silk Elements Advanced Repair shampoo and conditioner made my hair extremely rough and tangled. My hair is usually soft and easy to brush, but after using these products, it became dry, coarse, and almost impossible to comb. I even started losing a lot of hair. A friend suggested that I switch to a regular, inexpensive shampoo and conditioner, and my hair immediately improved—it went back to being soft and manageable again. I would never recommend this brand to anyone.

A person with short hair and tattoos works at that store. I asked her for help, and she gave me the wrong hair dye, ruining the color I had before. They shouldn't hire people who don't know anything about hair dye. Aside from that, the store is fine.

I visited this store and bought a few dye and developer. Store is clean and front employee is friendly. The price in Sally is overall more than another market but they offer a variety of options.

All the employees were very friendly and exceeded expectations in helping me find what I was looking for while educating me on several products. Fun experience and happy with my purchases! Store was very clean and organized as well.

I don’t understand. It’s 7:45pm, the store is completely closed. Please post your accurate opening and closing times, as to not waste folks time. Ugh. I was over charged for a hair dryer and have been trying to get my money back for days now. Y’all need to get it together.
