I went to Sally in northport and got everything I needed Thanks to the nice lady that helped me find my items❤she was so nice and friendly!! I loved her outfit too!! It fits her personality!! She had on a Hat to match her outfit!! I told her that she has an "Awesome" personality!! I'm not sure if her name was Rachel or what!! Came in today 2/23/25 for the first time visiting from out of state and we’re I live I do not have a Sally Beauty close to me ! My first time experience here has been one for the books the manager was really sweet & helpful ; she was working alone but still took time out to answer everyone’s questions and tell us about there promotions going on. She explain what kind of products me & my daughter hair needs . I used my products when we got to our hotel and LOVE them I am officially a Sally Beauty customer! Great service, fantastic Manager/ sales lady 10/10 will recommend!

Well organized and stocked location they had many varieties of clippers for my husband needs we purchased a babyliss pro clipper and trimmer and some new hair products the manager was so professional and nice and took the time out to make recommendations and explain to us what products would be suitable for our hair needs!! The best customer service we’ve seen thus far! Definitely recommend coming to this Sally Beauty location if you’re in Tuscaloosa!

This is the most helpful friendliest Sally Beauty in town ! I’m a local hairstylist & I visit very often for my salon and the staff here is always soooooooooooo nice. The manager real cares for her staff and has been here for years and always has a smile on her face ready to assist me and my team! It’s hard to find good genuine people that are still kind & not rude ! I love shopping at this location and will definitely recommend to everyone in search of the beauty needs !
