I love the employees here. They're all girl's girls from what I know. I never feel judged while shopping here, which is very common for me to feel in other beauty stores. Love this store I hope they never close

The cashier checked with me that I knew what I was buying/that I was buying an appropriate product when I picked up a bottle of clear developer earlier today. I do, but I appreciate that she checked with me. Sorry I didn't get her name, but she's probably saved people a lot of grief! Gotta appreciate that.

I went into the store just looking for glue and nails and Audrey was so kind to share with me what she does to get her glue on nails to last long. She got me all of the supplies I needed and even wrote down the steps as to what I need to do! The employees r very nice and helpful 💅🏼

Customer service was not great. The associate did not show interest in helping me. I asked her few questions and she didn't move from the chair she was sitting near cash register. She was just agreeing with me. Retail can be a pain especially holiday times, but not all people are a pain. Treat your employees right so they can show that to the customers.

I swear each time I make the mad dash to get to the store before it closes the have either closed before the set closing time or are inside with the door locked. Today I get their 7 minutes before and watch 2 other people tug on the door then they turned off the light like it is okay to close early with customers outside. It aggravates me to now end. But its the only beauty supply in the area. The Ulta in the shopping center doesn't carry the same things.
