Not a huge review leaver but the absolute angels they employee at this Sally’s deserve a few kind words. I came in on Friday hoping to find a product that would ease my hair transition (I’m trying to grow out blonde hair but didn’t want to just dye it back to my natural). I walked in and was greeted with a lovely “hello friend” and then was offered assistance within seconds of entering the store. I explained my hair situation and the manager (I think her name was crystal?) set me up with a free consultation. I was able to get all of the products that I needed and now my hair is so pretty!! The employees are so kind, genuine, and supportive. Highly recommend coming in here.

Literally never walk into this joint. Came in earlier this week for color remover. Im a natural brunette who simply just dyes her hair a darker brown with a semi-permanent morrocon hair dye. My mother is a hair dresser and told me to run into sally's and get a non ammonia/bleach color remover to just simply get rid of the semi color (since i am trying to get a red color and wanted a more vibrant effect). As soon as I walked in i was jumped on by three employees asking what I needed. I explained my situation and told them I specifically do not need bleach or ammonia because of the semi color. The lady brought me to the section and began checking all the boxes to help me, seems legit. Hi is RhodyMan2023 I came in into your store couple day ago and Evelyn, Crystál and Mare are awesome and great Customer service I will definitely recommend anyone to come by you won't regret it And they always have. Smile on their face they made my day and make me smile .

Just left the North Prov location. The associate Mare immediately and cheerfully greeted me. She suckered me into buying some extra product but I didn’t mind because she was so polite and helpful.

If I could I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. The manger Crystal and employees are rude. Was mad cause I wanted to return my items I just purchased. Had to call the cops to get my money back. Now I can’t go back. SMH.
