This place needs better customer service because the little young girl was talking like she was smarter and trying to belittle me. I will NEVER step foot back into this establishment again especially not this location. YALL DESERVE AN “0”!!!!

This was the worst customer service experience. The two employees that were just working the counter was talking about your customers. All because someone wanted to see a hairstyle cape. This was so awful. I guess Sally Beauty could care less about their customers because that's how their employees act. Horrible staff.

I love Sally's! Employees have been very knowledgeable and helpful in the past. However, my last 2 visits, not so much. Now granted, I didn't realize their closing time and I was in there close to closing, but I found the employees to be a LOT less knowledgeable than my past experiences. I don't know if the current employees are all new or just not as helpful or knowledgeable but whatever the reason, they weren't. They did ask if I needed any assistance but didn't know and weren't confident in their answers. Just disappointing when past employees have been very helpful and knowledgeable and I felt confident of what I was going to be doing when I left. This time I didn't even get the correct developer for the color I chose. I'm positive I would have in the past because the employee helping

Considering the other reviews I guess I came during the wrong shift because the young lady w/ the nose piercings didn’t know how to charge my credit card. I logged in to show her that my card was not overdue, the balance was zero and that I have my full credit all she could do is shrug her shoulders and say I don’t know not offering any help Nor did she go get her manager. I left to call the call center not realizing it’s memorial day so they are closed. I only gave two stars bc they did greet me when I walked in, but that was the friendliest gesture that I received.

Love this Sallys! I needed help selecting products and a kind employee took the time to access my needs and gave me detailed information and instructions on everything I needed. She was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely sweet. I forgot to catch her name but I’d definitely include it! 5 Stars for her!
