Showed up to get hair dye and it’s a half hour before they close, just needed to run in quick and get what I knew I needed. Get up to the door and there’s is a sign on the door saying they are on break. Really? A half hour before close.

Sally's always has great promotions. I went for shampoo and a promo for Silk Essentials, Proclaim, and Texture ID products was running; buy 3 and get a totebag. So I checked reviews for these products and left with the cutest bag ever!

Sidney and Makayla were amazing!!. I couldn't find my receipt to leave one for there company. So this will have to do!. I went in not sure what I was looking for. And Sidney pointed me in the right direction! Miss Makayla was also able to answer any questions I had about products!. I'm not sure what role both of these ladies play at this site. But there customer service is outstanding. And definitely need to be managers is they aren't already! Fantastic people. And very knowledgeable. . ps. Thanks for allowing me to smell some amazing hair products. As that's what made me buy them!

The gel I got from there and the brush was so good it slick my hair down so good

Willow is phenomenal. Very informative and helpful. So sweet and friendly and professional at the same time. Not at all like a typical sales person. Prices were good too.
