Every time I go there's a lady at the register that just argues my purchases. I've been buying the same products for my hair for years. It's rather irritating being told that I can't buy something the way I want to when I didn't ask for help. She assumed I messed up my hair. It's infact not I've been stripping it slowly and it's very irritating being told I'm not allowed to buy something. Even though I tried to be persistent. I'm honestly sick of receiving bad advice from the workers here because they assume they know more then they're customers simply because they work there. I highly suggest any other Sally's as I've never had this problem else where.

I arrived at opening on Tuesday January 16th 2024. The woman who was on was excellent, very helpful, very friendly, very nice. I ended up buying lots more than I was going to, and I'm happy with all the products that I got. In fact, I'm coming back again soon!!

This store has the most amazing and friendly educated people I have ever met! It’s by far my favorite beauty supply store! Out of all of these stores this Niagara Falls store is the best!!!

I went to Sally's a few weeks ago to pick up supplies for my state boards. I had the best experience! Jenna, one of the employees, was MOST helpful! She recommended and collected the best supplies for my exam, gave me tips as well as her Cosmetology book to best prepare! Thanks to her, I passed both exams and is now a licensed cosmetologist! She deserves a raise, bonus or a few days off to say the very least!🩷

The staff is amazing, they're always willing to help. They'll help you find deals and savings. If you're unsure they'll do their best. A nice selection of products for Sally's and always getting in new stuff
