Nick is such a wonderful and helpful employee. He helped me find what brush is best for my hair style and length. I’m so excited to blow my hair out and see how well that recommendation was. Nick brings such a friendly and peaceful atmosphere to Sally’s!! Thank you Nick!!

I walked into this location very excited to get some semi permanent conditioning dye. I was offered help though I didn’t need it, I’ve dyed my hair with semi permanent conditioners many times before but of course I welcome opinions and help. The associate proceeded to judge my hair, make snide comments about it not being light enough and told me that the color I wanted wasn’t a good choice, and I left feeling self conscious without buying anything. If you want to help your customers, help them with what they need help with, not give unwanted opinions or comments. You’re an associate, not a professional hairstylist.

I shopped at this location yesterday, 9/24/22 and was helped by both associates. Everyone was very kind and ready to help. NIC especially helped me find every product I needed (I went in there not exactly knowing what I needed this time around, so I was lost!) They walked me through the products and helped me pick them out, while also explaining WHY they were recommending what they were based on personal experience. All around best experience I’ve ever had in a Sally Beauty!

Very disappointed!!! I just purchased gel polish, gel top coat, and a gel base coat. Got home and discovered that the $25 base coat was defective, clumpy, and hard. Also it is very unusable as the brush was detached. The top coat was in the same condition and was unusable. I called the store and I am told that there are no exchanges or refunds due to Sally's policy. I was also told to hold on to my receipt as "when this is over" I may be able to get a refund. I'm not asking for a refund but it would be nice to have a product that is not defective and not waste my hard eanred money. How hard would it be to replace the product for a customer and toss out the defective product??? Or if you are going to have such rigid policies in place check the product before you throw them in the basket ou
