I don't think i will ever go back here. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and only went here because the place i went prior didn't have the color i needed. My husband and i were in the color aisle, which is right by the register, and my hair is over 3 and a half feet long, so i was trying to determine how much color i would need because different brands have different mixing ratios...and the guy with the snake tattoo on his arm would just not leave me alone...every 10 seconds he was right behind me. It was very uncomfortable...if i tell you i don't need your help, i don't need you asking me every 10 seconds for if i need help.

My wife spends a lot of money in this store , went in this afternoon to get her hair color that she needed and we were followed around the entire time like we were going to steal. Very offensive considering we own our own business and have plenty of money. We just got off of work still in our work clothes so she was judging off the way we look. Never judge a book by its cover . And if you’re going to follow people around to the point where we bump into each other in every isle at least be more discreet about it. Definitely lost a customer who spends 100$ + in this store each visit!

So I have been Blonde for over 20 years, I go into Sally's for Blonde Hair Dye. I get help from Both cashier's with what to purchase exactly. I made it very clear I was clueless and taking everything they advised to the heart. I get home and two hrs after following all theirs and the boxes directions to the t. And now I'm striped completely of color and back to dark brown my real hair color!!!! I'm so sad 😭 and upset. I'm going away this weekend and I'm going to be stuck looking ridiculous!

This used to be my go to but we went in to this store last week where there was a young lady with tattoos all over her arms working this particular day. We asked her a question about a product we needed help with and SHE told us she had NO IDEA!!! Why are you working at Sally’s? We ended up leaving and stopping at a mom and pop shop!!!! Ridiculous customer service!!!!

Was there on 10/19/24 and the whole staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Plus the store was laid out very clean and organized..
