My overall experience at this location was so-so. Upon entering, customers are not greeted, offered specials, or informed about what’s new. Instead, you’re met with a quick, “Is there something you need help looking for?” from an employee leaning over the counter while working. I noticed other customers seemed put off by this approach as well—it’s not just me. Thankfully, another young lady in the store seemed more aware of her coworker’s tone and offered me promo details on the product I was browsing, which helped ease my thoughts about just leaving. Unfortunately, checkout was uncomfortable. I went to grab an additional item and was followed by the same disengaged employee who had not greeted me earlier. State Street New Albany Indiana store Donna accused a lady of stealing but weeks prior the lady before even Donna started yelling she walked in was very polite and didn't hesitate to put her bag on table Donna then as the girl is shopping goes threw her bag. Didn't find ANYTHING. Again the girl just had walked in and if she allegedly stole weeks ago ? Why didn't she do something then ? Also Donna refused to show the lady proof. Wouldn't let her buy the items she had this girl never stole a damn thing. Donna had no proof to show. The girl continued to be respectful even though Donna was degrading her. The two ladies helped me and mom so much.. they actually knew the store very well.. we’re excited to come back because people who know hair work there!! MERRY CHRISTMAS

My personal experience I went there to get her products for my daughter the lady at the counter decided to follow me and my husband around I proceeded to put down. The supplies because I don't like being followed she aggressively approach me about where the supply was so when I gave them to her she proceeded to take pictures of me and my husband as we left. The only thing I could think was she was racist and because we was black there was an issue they clearly have cameras there so they can clearly roll these cameras back.

First time in the store was ok! Could have been better. The older lady with the glasses didnt seem to wanna be much of a help to me at all. I asked where the keracare was and she didnt know what that was, cool I get it but whenever I got to looking around the younger lady with the shorter haircut came up to me and looked it up and found it with ease and was polite. So the same older lady with the glasses asked if I have a phone number with Sally's at checkout and I said "no" I dont have a number with yall. I get I was confused, but you should have said what you were asking my number for as in coupons...so just because I was confused you asked for my number and I gave it to you and then you seem to gotten frustrated for whatever reason and came out of no where and said we will just forget a
