LET THE NICE LADIES KNOW I APPRECIATE THEM. This location has the best stock of braiding hair, beard care, *press on nails* & nail care of the county. Staff is knowledgeable & fun & was super nice about taking my call & many questions while the store was clearly slammed. Both visits were a great experience & its clear people travel further than they should have to for THIS store and its obvious why. Great job

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE: Long story short They do not take accountability or responsibility when they are wrong and will immediately call the POLICE if you even question them and yes the manager is the one calling the police, even though the cashier admitted to the mistake. Yes the same "manager" that refused to give her superior's contact information. My kids had to watch me be questioned by police,sirens and all, because the cashier and manager both had a mental breakdown, over their own mistake😂. The other customers in the store were shocked when called the police. You speak calming to them they give attitude and aggression in return. So im a Lil confused on how you can leave the store in the middle of the day, lock the door, and with sign saying "back in 20 minutes". This is a retail store not a shop. This is crazy. Customers are outside waiting. I have never seen then. Hire more staff or close the store for good.

Went to return an item after six days of purchase unused and with my online received. Initially, the girl on the register was attempting to help me until this system did not allow her to return all my money to my card. A few minutes After who I believe is the manager Erin came in, She informed me that due to the “ Holiday return policy” (which is not to be found) They cannot refund me the money on the original form of payment, And advice need to call customer service, which I did, I was Advice to go back into the store since the return policy remains the same for the holidays “60 days” to original form payment (unless I did not have proof of my purchase, but not an issue because did) Long story short, I spent 40 minutes in the store, After the manager said she will handle it that and I ca

The employee on staff today, Nancy, was absolutely amazing!! I needed some advice choosing a good hydration and repair mask for post bleach and dye and she helped suggest some great products, describing how they work and how to use them. But she went above beyond to help me pickup items, get them to checkout, etc as I am on crutches and cannot carry things. She even carried my items to my car for me! She was so thoughtful, considerate and helpful. Thank you so much Nancy!!
