this location used to suck a few years ago. these days, it’s the best Sally’s in southwest Florida. the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, Nyesha especially provided a great shopping experience. the products she recommended gave my hair a whole new life! the product selection is very dependable as well. great store!

Very unfriendly cashier on 8/18 @4pm. Never greeted us as we walked in or asked if we needed help. Never spoke to us until it was time to pay and that was “what’s your cell number”. Never even said thank you or anything when we were done. Very awkward experience.

Went to Sally's yesterday. Had a horrible experience. One of the newer employees, she had pink and purple hair, accused my sister, my friend, and I of stealing because we had baggy clothing and my sister was scratching her back. I've gone there monthly for the past 4 years and I've never had a problem until now. I've always worn baggy clothes everywhere I go and had nice experiences with the rest of the employees there. I felt disrespected especially because there was no proof of us looking suspicious and keep in mind they have cameras everywhere. They should have looked at them first before locking us in for no reason. She was rude asking me if I didn't forget anything several times until I asked her what was going on. I even told her to check our bags and she found nothing. None of us ha
