I believe the manager was who I spoke to when buying nail polish this morning, and was super friendly and nice! She made it seem like we had been friends already! Was a very nice experience going in! Look forward to going back!

Awful service. Employees all gathered around when I walked in didn’t even say hello, then when I tried to pay with cash, they told me that they couldn’t break the hundred dollar bill and that I had to spend $50 or more… I have been shopping here for 30 years and I’ve never been told that before. Really rude and treated really poorly. I will never come back to this store!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I have never received such poor service in my life. No wonder these businesses can’t keep their doors open. I made an online order for a in store pick up. Once I got home I noticed I was given the wrong item which was completely different and cheaper than the item I paid for. When I returned to the store within 10 mins from the original encounter the lady that identified herself as Alice the manager refused to give me the item I had already paid for. She insist that I ordered the wrong item which is an complete insult to my intelligence. When I offered to show my order # and description directly on the receipt issued her response was “ I don’t need it, if you would like that item I would have to charge you extra”. I wanted to give a shout-out to Star and J'ayla. I came in to run an errand and had a difficult situation. They both made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked into the store and were super friendly. I would absolutely recommend the store to anyone.

Star is amazing! I messed up on my hair color a couple days ago and needed to find something to get it out, as well as a solid aftercare for how damaged it had gotten & expected it to be after the color stripping. I Came in, was greeted by everyone working, & Star asked if I needed any assistance. Girl yes I did!!! Lol. I could see she had a lot of color experience herself. She was friendly, honest, super kind, & got me exactly what I needed while also showing me her favorites from the sample sizes to try out too. A couple hours later; I'm now back from blue to blonde within hours! The mask she suggested has my hair in way better shape than when I went in or expected! Give this girl a raise managers! You got a stellar employee! Thank you thank you thank you! 💚💚💚
