always so helpful everytime i go in!

The two ladies that were working during the evening on 01/31/2023 were absolutely amazing. I can't remember their names but I went in there and was immediately greeted in the most friendly way imaginable, which made it so easy for me to explain my situation and what I wanted, and got great advice and help, well I had to leave to go get my cash, and came back and not only was the lady friendly but cared enough to get a second opinion about my hair with the other lady working, and I'm super happy with how my hair process is going right now even though I'm not done. I don't normally care to write reviews for any of the places I shop at, but I absolutely had to do one for this because WOW!! So glad I decided to go in there last night it was worth it!!!! So I went to Sally’s on Friday. There was a lady being checked out in front of me. When it was my turn the checkout person asked me to step over to the other register, which I thought was strange. But to make a long story short my card was compromised shortly after I left the store. I’m not sure if they are doing this but beware if suddenly being asked to swirch over to a different register. I will never use my card at this store again.

I like to see all the different products but when you browse they look at you like your a thief. Even if you dont carry any handbag and dont pick up small items. Just simply pick up a bottle or box and read it. Upon asking questions nobody really seems that they know much of anything. From waxing stuff to shampoos/conditioners.. Its a shame because Sallys has better products at a way better price than most salons, but due to my latest experience there.. I wont be returning.

Rude customer service. Wish I looked at her name tag. Short purple hair, purple eyebrow gal, I hope you don’t speak and look at everyone like that honey.
