I came into the store this evening, 3/18/24, as a complete novice at toning. I was hoping to purchase products to help tone the warmth in my hair and was relying on social media to guide me. Luckily, Jess was working this evening and gave me a step by step guide on what I needed to purchase and how to properly apply the products. I didn’t feel like an idiot. I left the store feeling way more comfortable and confident doing my hair and that is all because of Jess. She needs a raise!! Her kindness and customer service was incredible. I will come back solely because of my experience with her!!

Microwavable heating cap exploded in my microwave. Entire apartment smell of burnt Popcorn my microwave plate is now burnt and Sally’s refused to give me a refund because I threw the product away. What? Would you have rather me drag the product that can stink up an entire room into your store dripping of beads? No apology or nothing. This product is so dangerous stay away from it and the fact that Sally’s is selling it in the store shows that they do not vet their products like they claim. Save yourself the time and disappointment and order your products from Amazon. At least you can get a refund in the case something goes wrong.

Most of the employees here are extremely rude... they are down your throat as soon as you walk in and then act offended, some even make snide comments, when you say you aren't in need of any help. This place needs an attitude adjustment. They make the whole experience in here very uncomfortable. I will not be back.

Best experience I've had at a Sally's ever!! Jess was so helpful and experienced, and the kindness expressed by the other employee was much appreciated! The advice I was able to receive really brightened my day and gave me the extra confidence boost I needed to try to do a big change today!! Thank you so much- I'll certainly be back!!

They always have what I need and the staff is always nice and helpful if I need help or recommendations. When I went in on 9/9/2022 there was a Karen who was giving the employee with the pink curly here a rough time and she handled it perfectly to make sure things didn’t escalate and it didn’t prevent her from providing excellent customer service right after the altercation. The staff here has always been excellent. My go to store for the past 2 years ❤️❤️
