This store is in good hands now!!! I had the pleasure of meeting this locations new manager, Brittany. (apologies if I have misspelled your name) she was very helpful. Was quick to ask questions and help get me to exactly what I needed to keep my hair looking gorgeous. If you’re in there and see Brittany you are in good hands don’t be shy to ask questions!

I came in with a huge line of demarcation and this super nice black girl with the blonde hair was God sent!! My hair feels and looks SO much better 🥰 thank you so much!!

I went in today in hopes of correcting a undesirable color, however I did not know where to start, until the store manager Christy took the time to educate me on products and color theory..some may argue thats her job, I beg to differ..she went above and beyond and took at least 30 minutes. With countless questions ssked and answered with expertise that I can use forever. She wss so spot on that I did the color and came back and showed her results. Great experience

Drove all the way here from Durham because my aunt shops at this one and loves the staff only to find out they weren't open. It was 11:01 on Monday August 25, and their hours are 10:00 opening per the door sign. Disappointed.

Store has not been open the last two days! On a black fridayyyyy??? Insane. Also, i’ve come here twice so major inconvenience.
