The associate was incredibly fantastic. Despite the holiday rush and the system trouble, she helped me find exactly what I needed.

I went in about 2 months ago, I was greeted by a very nice lady who happens to be the store manager, I needed to purchase a flat iron and she explained the different ones to me and I purchased it, she told me if I didn't like it no worries to come in and exchange it . Well I needed to do that so yesterday I brought it back she was there and graciously exchanged it without question:) well needless to say I'm thinking my hair is not for flat irons so I will go back tomorrow to most likely get a store credit and I'm sure they will understand. Everyone there are super nice and helpful! The manager is very knowledgeable as she use to do hair and has amazing knowledge! Thanks

My daughter and I went to Sally's today and were greeted by a very wonderful young lady, Emily. She had very good energy and made our day. My daughter just can't stop talking about her.

Everyone that works there is very disrespectful and does not do their job. I went in to get extensions and the lady that worked there was no help at all. She didn't offer to order the kind that I wanted, she didn't give her input when I asked for it, and when I actually purchased them they were broken. I went it the next day as soon as I could and they told me they wouldn't exchange them. So I had to go in the next day when the manager was there and she started to say the same thing until I asked for the district manager's number, and then she said she'd do it. They didn't have the same pair in stock so she said she'd have to order them but that they should be there the same week and that she'd call me on Thursday. She never called me, so I called her and she said they wouldn't be here unt

I walked in today and got so much amazing help with a lot of questions I had and more. I'm working on a video project and they made sure I had the essential beauty tips. I will return soon for more advice and supply! Thank you!!!
