Great Sally’s. I came here after an employee at another Sally’s said this one had what I was looking for. Confirmed ahead of time, showed up and was helped out by Claribel. She was super helpful and found what I was looking for. Give her a raise she’s super nice. Parking is ample lot parking. Super close to freeways so it’s easy to get to. Very clean and well-stocked. Definitely recommend this Sally’s. A+.

Celeste was a strange sales rep. She stated I couldn't exchange a hair clipper, brand new in the box, never used. She stated it was store policy. It was a gift and I had the gift receipt. She called her manager who told her to exchange it. Whileexchanging she asks me for the phone number of the oerson that purchased it, good thing I knew it, she said without that she wouldn't have exchanged it. A strange experience for something that should have been easy, in and out exchange. Sales reps should be friendly and helpful.

The staff worked hard to be certain I had my refund. Everything seemed clean and well-organized. 2 cash registers so there was no line to wait in. Will come again.

I'm so so grateful for the ladies at this Sally's beauty location! I came in with a hair dye blunder and they quickly helped me find a solution to fix it. They also took their time to answer all my questions about finding the perfect hair color for my brunette hair that will cover greys while also not pulling too dark. They were so patient and so helpful. I'm so happy with my experience. Thank you Veronica and Sylvia!

On august 18 2024 I went shopping and I was looking for my usual hair supplies . Some man with his daughter came in and and he looked a little intimidating I will admit but he was being helped by a worker the entire time . When he went up to the register to pay . Another older worker who I have been helped with before and she has a horrible attitude let me add (Veronica ) went up to him and accused him of stealing in front of the whole store . She yelled “just put it back bro” , “ seriously I saw you”. And made a scene in front of all of us . Me and the other customers were so scared we rushed towards the back of the store because we didn’t know what was going to happen. We entirely were terrified about what could have happens if he was angry enough to be accused of stealing and took it ou
