Believe me. I get it. Being short staffed sucks. But, this is the MOST unprofessional thing I have seen in a long time out here… i called. She answered and looked for a dye. We saw her walking around inside from the parking lot. I asked when she was going to be back and she said 5:50✨ this location has truly gone downhill.

Cashier winter was very rude went to get supplies grabbed a mixing bowl didn’t realize it was behind the counter because I was looking at the wall and she got mad rude and disrespectful rolling eyes and catching an attitude tossed bag across the counter after checking out definitely will not be using this location again read the reviews

Amber the cashier was a doll. I had an elderly friend with me who opened an item which Amber specifically had asked her not to do. But she was kind about it. Then there was a discrepancy with the price of an item, and I have to admit that I was snippy with her. But she remained friendly. And then, I spilled sweet, milky coffee all over the checkout counter! 🤦‍♀️ But she didn't flinch.🙂 She just went to go get paper towels. I apologized profusely about everything, but she was totally gracious.

I love going here all the time. Every time I get hair supplies, the ladies are always so kind and always excited for when I dye my hair. I've never had any issues there and I will continue to come here. Fantastic employees and everything looks well stocked, and cleaned!!

I received the worst customer service on 12/5/20 from a female employee with long black hair. Horrible attitude and she sincerely did NOT want to do her job. I had to ask her to ring me out or she would have just blankly stared at me forever. I asked a question about a sale and received nothing but eye rolls. I doubt I will be shopping at this location again if this is the atmosphere they present. Every other Sallys I have been to has great customer service though, just not this location.
