I would give zero if possible. I placed an order on-line for delivery. Upon review of the items I recruited, one of the items was incorrect. I called the store and was informed that my only options were to either go into the store and pick up the item or receive a credit for the item. They refused to have the correct item delivered to me, despite the fact that I had already paid for it. Going to the store was not an option for me today, which is why I requested to have the ordered delivered in the first place, and obviously I need the item, which is why I ordered it. When i asked the person on the phone if they check the items before the order leaves the store and she said, "no". She said they no longer check what was items were pulled. Incredibly rude for no reason and horrible service every time I’ve went! Seems like everyone that works here is rude and in a bad mood. Don’t want to ever go back. Would give 0 stars if it were an option.

Don't shop here. Clerks are not helpful and don't know how to explain the policies. Terrible customer service. Full of attitude !

I came to get some gel nail supplies and acrylic supplies. Even though I did not find all I was looking for the sale girl Emily was wonderful. I don't usually do reviews but am so impressed that I had to say something.

Awesome customer service! Every time that I go to this store, I am assisted by a knowledge person. They know their products and they know what they are selling. I totally recommend this store!
