Sally Beauty

I went to Sallys this afternoon (11.22.25.) The team of 3 girls working there were the kindest, sweetest, most thoughtful and knowledgeable people I have ever encountered at a Sallys. I haven't been there in a very long time, but this one shopping experience really changed the way I think about Sallys for the better. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work ladies! The two young women who were there at 11am 7/17/25 One was very short /snarky with me and the other completely ignored me to the point I had to move around her she would not say excuse me just stood in the middle of the way expecting me to move on her behalf . Strange people. Be advised. Products are decent though.

The manager who has been here a long time now is very patient and knowledgeable. At one point, a few years ago I think, she was running the store all by herself, and still opened every single day. Assisting customers during the holiday season, alone. Very dedicated.

I repeatedly explained that I was looking for something with cool undertones to balance/tone my blonde, and even mentioned what my sister and I have used in the past. The ion permanent creme hair color 9n very light blonde is what I ended up buying instead because the employee told me I didn't need anything with ash in it even though thats exactly what I was looking for. I know I didn't lift it perfectly evenly but I was also talked out of buying bleach (which I could've used on my roots in the future regardless). Thankfully I only did the bottom portion of my hair with the Ion 9N very light blonde because it took away all my progress and turned my mids & ends a gingery brown. Very disappointing because I could've gotten my hair to that level and color with bleach the first time around (if

The best Sallys I've been to. Every staff member I've encountered is very friendly. Inventory is always stocked up when I go, and the store is clean. Will continue to be a repeat customer! Thanks everyone working there!
