Clean store, but the staff seemed more interested in watching me check out than helping me shop. Felt a bit like I was in a rush-to-buy reality show. Not exactly the ‘friendly customer service’ experience I expected. Hurry up and buy type has me thinking of menace to society movie.

Staff ok but at check out I was asked if I wanted gloves I said ok thinking it was some sort of promo since I was buying hair dye, I ended up being charged for them, I recommend saying would you like to purchase some gloves not do you want gloves I do plan on returning them.

I had a very disappointing experience at Sally Beauty with a staff member named Kadence. She was extremely rude, had a lot of attitude, and was completely disrespectful throughout our interaction. Customer service like this is unacceptable—I won’t be returning to this location.

This store associate had a very lethargic attitude and was obviously annoyed that we asked her what kind of developer to use on virgin hair. She was unhelpful and had an attitude. No one in the store and not closing until 9 it was 7:10 pm during our interaction. Whoever was closing on 1/17/2025 needs to quit their job in retail or get training because I didn't appreciate being treated second rate for asking a question about developer. Then, the whole attitude about me leaving my products at the counter while I shopped when no one was there in the store was just unnecessary. Instead, she said, "There's the basket" with such disdain. I was so annoyed. Your job isn't hard, girlfriend, I work retail too, and I don't treat people like that when I'm tired, either.
