I went in with my fiancé to get his yellow hair down to a lighter shade and the sales associate Cassie(I really hope that’s their name and I didn’t forget it already- raven black hair and tattoos) was extremely helpful she literally went above and beyond for us answering the 101 questions I had and even writing down the steps so we wouldn’t forget, she recommended the right products but was never pushy to make a sale. I truly had one of the best experiences in a business in brevard thanks to her, I hope she has a good day all the time. Highly recommend this store.

The employee was lazy and inattentive. Unfortunately, we had to ask for help. The music playlist was inappropriate. There were boxes in the back of the store. The store has a variety of products for hair care, color, nails, and others.

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! This place is the worst, I gave them a second chance... To make the long story short, the first time I had a problem with them I had listened to the sales lady (against my better judgement) and I didn't end up with the hair color that I wanted. So I tried to make the return with the same sales person a couple of days later. She told me I couldn't return because I had to bring in the used hair dye boxes (even though I had the receipt). I complained to the online customer service because nowhere does it state you have to bring in used boxes, they said the same thing. So I had to suck it up and buy more hair dye to solve the problem. Fast forward a couple of years. My hair reached my lower back. Again, I listened to the sales lady and she recommended I purchase hair col

Horrible customer service. I placed an order for pickup, it was filled, then marked as picked up while I was at work. No one picked up my order. Then next day when my husband went to pick it up, they “didn’t have my order”. My husband was literally looking at the bag with his name on it while they told him they didn’t have the other. The manager then proceeded to lie to customer service and claimed that she processed the order but no one came to get it (last I check you don’t have to pick up by the end of the same day). So why did she process it? And why did she tell customer service, my husband and me three different stories. Shame on you. Will never return to this location. I would rather drive an extra 30 minutes and deal with people with intelligence and empathy.
