Went in with my natural brown hair and a few faded highlights/money pieces from 6 months ago. Wanted to remove all the dye from my hair and do a deep condition. I asked for the best dye remover to use. Bryson proceeded to recommend a hair dye remover “strawberry leopard” and 20 developer which turned not only the faded highlights orange but my whole head. I returned to the store and got my money back. Currently headed to Ulta in Elon with a wet head for help. Avoid this place by all costs — don’t walk away from it, RUN.

Was in here for about 20 plus minutes. They don’t have that great of a selection and the two ladies in here didn’t seem knowledgeable about or really interested in helping. Left without buying anything and most likely won’t be back.

This is one of the worst Sally beauty stores that I have ever been to. They are never stocked with what I need, which as a professional stylist is very annoying, and they are rarely ever open on time. They are supposed to open at 10 am but there were no employees there at the time. And after waiting over half an hour the store still didn't open up, so it might as well just stay closed permanently from my point of view, I'm going to CosmoProf at least they are open on time

I’d really like to praise Oak & Mads for their eagerness to help a customer and make the process that isn’t so simple, so easy! There wasn’t one step in the process of bleaching and dying that they missed! I really appreciate them expressing concern for the health of my hair and recommending products from their experiences, they were extremely helpful! As good employees are harder and harder to find, I hope to see them every visit as they made my experience with Sally Beauty so pleasant! I’ll definitely recommend this location and the products they helped me find! I appreciate them offering the opportunity to have a credit card with Sally’s as well, although I declined, they were extremely easy to talk to and follow procedure thoroughly. I just had a fantastic experience here on 11/21. The lady who was working by herself was extremely nice, professional, and greeted every single customer that walked in there. She knows her products and the specials going on and makes sure all the customers know as well. First time here and since I just moved to the area I know exactly where I will be getting my hair care supplies. 10/10 experience!
