Thad walked in and what i assume is the manager was yelling at her employees on the open floor. It was extremely unprofessional. I personally do not like to shop at places that treat their own employees poorly. On top of that I didn't receive any help from anyone. The experience was just completely unacceptable from a customers point of view.

The other day I went in a redheaded girl ignored me and didn’t even try to acknowledge me she was on her phone THE WHOLE TIME. I got help from a shorter girl she was very kind answered all my questions she said she would check me out as well, we get to the register and the redhead jumped in front of the girl helping me ( I still had some questions about instructions) completely oblivious to me still talking to the girl. Just very rude and unprofessional, I felt bad for the girl helping me she was in shock and apologized to me.

Bad experience. Came in few nail files and felt like I was being watched the moment I came in. When it came to check out my total was $2.51 I handed the clerk a $5 bill and reached into my pocket book to grab a penny and she said she couldn’t take it because she already push the $5. I had to explain to her how to count the money and that I wasn’t trying to short change her. Then she had to ask the other red headed girl if she was allowed to take my penny??? They acted like it was a big issue and were very rude with me. Won’t be back.

I am very mad at Sally’s beauty I went in there wanting to change my hair for school and I asked the lady with black and blue hair for some help and it seemed like she didn’t really know what she was talking about I got the argan oil color fix hair color remover for 17.99 and two color brilliance cream color and a small bottle of developer those 3 products where 8 dollars each and when I went to pay I was watching everything ring up to 42$ and she told us the right price at first then my friend pulled out his cash and then she said oh I’m sorry it will actually be 70$ and so my friend gave her that and when I got back in my car I realized that it wasn’t that much so I go back and ask the lady for a receipt cause she didn’t even offer me one (btw I’m just a 16 yr old kid) and she said she c

Always nice and friendly workers. Store is always clean. Most of the time well stocked.
