Haven’t been to this Sally’s location before and I’m so glad that stopped here!! I’ve been dying my hair vibrant colors for over 10 years and was ready to find a color to use to blend into my natural roots. I was pretty lost with choosing a color to match my roots, and Matti was such a life savor! She recommended me a few brands to choose from, which developers would work best for my bleached parts and even went as far to take a photo of my roots so we could compare to the samples of hair. She was so friendly, informative and made me feel very comfortable asking questions. I’ll definitely be coming back. Also, my hair turned out perfect! Seamless transition to my natural roots and I owe it to her!
I go to Sally's often very nice staff and helpful I love this location, but the two young ladies that were here needs someone in management to nicely tell them to brush there hair and to wash up take a shower, the smell was so horrible I couldn't even stay where she was stocking shelves. They are both nice young ladies and the one with different color hair is so helpful please someone explain to them about cleanliness they know better.
I’ve been going to this location for years and today I had the worst experience. I walked in with my daughter to get some color. I was greeted and told they were there if I had any questions, I said okay. The two employees were behind me staring at me and my daughter, I had swatches trying to see her tone, when they started telling me the swatches don’t match the boxes. I just said okay even though I wasn’t trying to buy that brand. Next thing I know one of the girls approaches me closer trying to get answers of what I need, I told her I didn’t need any help and she wouldn’t stop pushing me for answers when I stated more than once I didn’t need or want help, I finally took my daughters hand and said let’s go somewhere else and she shouted back to me “yes thank you leave!!!” All I was doin
All I wanted in the store was some developer and dry shampoo. The ladies were quiet and standoff-is like as if I interrupted their conversation. When they lazily asked me what I wanted, I told them I was looking for some strong developer (I had mentioned 30 or 40). One of the ladies showed me where the developer was and TOLD ME to get 10 vol when I specifically wanted 30 or 40. When I explained to her that the 10 vol I had previously used had not been strong enough, I picked up the 30 vol and told her that was what I wanted. I then backed up my opinion with the fact that I am currently in beauty school and have a solid understanding of the differences in a very polite way to not completely disregard her suggestion. After I said that she BASICALLY IGNORED ME the rest of the time I was there
Very disappointed after my most recent visit. I have seeked this store for a long time as in the past they've been very helpful. I understand in the current situations you may need to ask for help when necessary. But when I asked I was answered with "what's you're question?" Felt very weird and resentful when I was just needing some assistance. I even told her while checking out she was very helpful in the past. Just all in all a very weird cold experience. I'd rather try to buy online then be made to feel like a burden. I am all for treating those working right now with respect but don't treat people like they are garbage for walking into your store. I would think maybe it was just a bad day if the two weren't giggling and seemingly having a good day together when not being inconvenienced
