Sally Beauty

Today 12/9/2025 I went to Sally in martinsburg WV. I encounter the most rude employee ever. The store was empty but she didn't say hello or knowledge me. I needed help locating my toner and since she was next to me and refused to help. I asked her if she can help. She continued writing and said WHATS UP!! Without making any eye contact. Lazy people that want to get pay for doing nothing at all. I founded the product myself, after that she took her time comming to the register. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT LOCATION. I rather drive to Winchester.

Absolutely amazing service! I came in and piper was very patient with me even though I was absolutely struggling to figure out a plan of attack with my hair. But thanks to her I left a happy customer! 10/10

The people here are very helpful. I went and asked for blacklight reactive hair dye and was recommended what is my now go to favourite brand. I went again and asked for recommendations on press on nails and good nail glue and was given great recommendations. Great experiences I love the people there.

I have been to different Sally’s in different locations many times before and have always HATED my experience. I was very hesitant of trying this one. But I am glad I showed up. The lady who was there tonight (I’m sorry I forgot your name. Long Purple hair) said hello to me, stopped stocking and walked over to me and asked what brought me there. I informed her that I got bored and just went with bleaching my hair without a game plan. She asked me all the right questions, gave me several options, and did not try to up-sale me. She was professional and honest. She introduced herself and was very patient with me, who had no idea what I was doing. And everything I bought tonight, worked!! I have never been happier! The ladies working at Sally’s tonight were pleasant, helpful and had great customer service skills. I enjoyed my visit. I will continue to shop there for my hair needs.
