I love stopping by Sally's to see my fave employee there, Sally. Yes, her REAL name is Sally ♡ Sally does her very best to keep me calm and find the products I need at that time. I've come in with every hair color under the sun and she still has a smile on her face when I pop in! The other employees are also very sweet and helpful, I just happen to see Sally more often!

If your buying equipment or nail polish this store is perfect. However there shampoo and conditioner that they compare to top brands is a joke. It's not comparable. The people that can't afford the name brand clearly don't understand the quality difference. But the store as a whole is fine. It's not this stores fault or employees. It's just the sales tactic they use as a corporate. Also please in winter work on the floors not being to slick and wet with one of the flower drying blowers. But again on a good note the equipment is worth the price. Really promoting that Chi Curler.

I love Sally's, but these girls that work at this store do not know what they are doing. Every single time I go there they always seem to mess up on my transaction & never give me my correct in store discount/coupons. It's like they don't know how to use their registers correctly.

The ladies at this store were very pleasant and helpful BUT the cigarette smoke smell was overwhelming and very offensive!! Will think twice about going in ever again. Matter of fact Amazon has all that I could need.
