This Sally's by far has the worst customer service I've experienced. The only good help I ever received was them directing me to another location that had the product I was looking for. Staff was pushy on sales and distant for help. I felt more comfortable asking another customer for help than asking staff. I thought this might just be a Sally's Beauty thing but the Blaine location was super helpful and the staff were way more open to answering questions.

Tymisha!!! She is so great and very enthusiastic about the store and is doing amazing. She understands her customers so well and lends a helping hand if you look even slightly confused. Great selection of hair products as well. They did great getting her on board because she has turned the place around for the best. Great store manager!

Amazing place first time buying nice hair products as a guy and Tymisha THE NEW MANAGER is amazing she spent so much time helping me and was so thorough. Go here please. If you had a bad experience in the past I can’t speak to that but this new manager is awesome!!!

🚨LONG REVIEW I did and online order for pickup, paid and went to pickup the next day. I arrived at the store only to have one of my products missing. The store clerk just said "sorry we must be out." Mind you I already paid. She then tells me the money will go back on my card. I didn't receive an email to say the product was out or that I would be receiving my money back. I drove apx 37min there and 37min back just because the store said they had it. I called the store once I got home and asked to speak to a mngr. Was put on hold for a few min, the same person came back to the phone (as if I wouldn't recognize her voice) and said, "how can I help you?" Once again I told her I needed to speak to the store manager once again I was put on hold. She came back and said her manager said that my

The women working at this location were very pushy and kept recommending products that weren't appropriate for my hair type even though I explained that wasnt what I was looking for. I told them from the beginning that I didn't need assistance because I knew what I wanted already, but the women were still following me through the store even after I expressed feeling uncomfortable. I felt like they desperately wanted to make a sale and didnt care about how uncomfortable they were making me or if the products they were recommending would even work for me. I've never had such a tense experience like this while shopping so I didn't feel comfortable making my purchase and decided to leave. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend this location to anyone.
