Hello! I wanted to give Melody a 5 star review for giving me great advice on how to give myself highlights without hurting my hair! Great customer service!

Another great experience at Sally's. I used their online agent service, which is free. I was able to upload a photo to Rachel, so she could see my current (faded) hair. Rachel answered my ?'s, made color & product suggestions and checked the local store(s) for stock. So easy and convenient. Customer service was even better in person. Decided on Artic Fox- Purple AF. End result- My hair looks fabulous!

Huge variety, super friendly people working there!

Purchased a brush which was on the shelf with $5 tag, with sales items, I grabbed it being happy for a deal, came home, looked at the receipt and they charged me $15. I never used it, brought it back to the store in Manchester, March Ave, on Sep 3, around 3:50pm, they didn't refund me the price, referring to a policy. When I asked to show the policy they said we don't know where it's written, we've been told by the manager. These types of nonrefundable items must be in the receipt or at a visible place in the store. Nevertheless even employees couldn't find the policy. I kept the $15 brush, which I don't even need, because I already purchased another one.

I was in desperate need of help with a color for my extensions and Cassie was extremely helpful. I had different textures and she was able to basically school me on how some processes work. I did it myself and was successful. Thanks, Cassie!
