Worked are rude and act like they hate their jobs. No help at all

Came at 5pm on a Sunday. Customers waiting outside, I called store, girl said she can't open door she's taking a break. I have never heard of such nonsense. 3 group of ppl so far besides my daughter and I have been waiting. Why take a break when you close in an hour?

Lindsey is a lifesaver! I had just got my roots done at a SALON and the stylist left me with hot and orange roots. I came in with virgin roots and asked to be bleached and toned to match the rest of my platinum hair. It may have been the worst hair salon experience I’ve ever had. Normally you go to the salon to fix what you do at home but I had the opposite situation... I came to Sally’s to fix it myself and Lindsey guided me with the right steps and products to try to fix it. It’s not perfect but it’s MUCH better than what it was when I left the salon. I’ve done my hair in the past successfully and knew I should have just done it myself with products from Sally’s in the first place. Thank you Lindsey!

Came here at 10am and it’s 10:30 and the store is still locked. I just wasted 30 minutes of my time when I have things to do. I’ve noticed a few other people waiting in their cars dealing with the same situation. If you open later than 10am you need to update your information on google because this is absolutely ridiculous.

destiny, the store manager at manalapan store helped me immediately pick the right extensions to exactly match my hair color. everyone thought it was my natural hair. she's always great and helpful.
