Ashley and Kelly were simply amazing tonight, both were so helpful and sweet! Ashley helped me finding the correct hair dye for my hair and Kelly helped me find the perfect hair treatment and oil for my hair. definitely would recommend coming here !!

I went to the store this am simply to get long overdue favorite items ( ion) , Kelly and Damiyan were above and beyond with knowledge, customer service, friendless, helpful with locating me an item I've been looking for over a year! Hands down the staff at Sally’s Beauty in Lynn are truly THE BEST!! I’ve been shopping at Sally’s for the last 15+ years and over the years I’ve encountered some super rude ppl, at many of the locations, but throughout the entire pandemic the staff working at the Lynn Sally’s have constantly outdone themselves!! They are educated on their products, the staff give honest advice & feedback anytime I have questions, they are incredibly patient, (on at least 4 different occasions I was running there last minute, a min or 2 before they close & each time they have waited & NEVER made me feel like I was inconveniencing them!) they truly ALWAYS go above & beyond to make sure I leave happy & that kind of kind customer service is not always easy to find. I felt important as just a prospective customer upon entering. I didn't have to ask for assistance, was offered just after I started to look. The associate shared knowledge but didn't pressure to purchase. Unfortunately I had to return one of the items that I bought but it did not diminish the experience in the slightest!
